Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for Customer Service Executive to join our client on a permanent basis.
Job Details – Customer Service Executive
- Location: Manton Wood
- Salary: £21,000
- 5 days a week, between 6am and 10pm, 8 hour rotational shifts, could include weekends - flexibility required
- Training to take place at another location for 2-3 weeks, all expenses paid
- Outbound calls to carriers, booking in transportation
- Managing shipment orders end to end
- Building strong relationships and provide support to carriers and shippers to execute day to day loads
- Checking documentation and proof of deliveries
- Provide feedback and ideas for product and process improvement
- Support the training and on boarding of new colleagues in a rapidly growing team
Key Skills & Experience
- Confident telephone manner, including outbound calls
- Passion for Customer Service
- Quick problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Outstanding communications, written and verbal
- Desire to adapt and develop with a growing business
