Customer Service Executive - Milton Keynes - Temp to Perm
Monday – Friday 8:30-17:30
Are you looking to grow your experience within a customer service environment?
Our client is currently looking to expand their team and are looking to find someone who has strong customer service skills and is able to work well in a team.
Key duties and responsibilities-
- Deal with any queries and customer orders
- Respond to customer feedback
- Making telephone calls to customers and clients
- Handle complaints in a professional manner
- General admin and data entry
They are looking for someone who;
- Has strong customer service experience
- Intermediate IT skills
- Confident on Microsoft Office
- Someone who can work confidently in as a team
- Good communication skills
