Full time (Monday- Friday) – 8:30 – 17:00

£21,000 - £23,000 P/A

Osborne Appointments are delighted to be given the opportunity to support this fantastic business. We are currently looking for a number of experienced ‘Sales Support’ staff to join our client on a permanent basis.


Key duties:

  • Ensure all work orders are completed within the company guidelines

  • Achieving maximum customer satisfaction to ensure repeat business

  • Liaising with internal departments to answer all customer queries and update them accordingly

  • Invoicing in line with account requirements

  • Attending regular service reviews

  • Other ad-hoc duties as required


Person spec:

  • Experience within a similar role is desired

  • Excellent analytical/problem solving skills

  • Experience working to targets/deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Natural relationship builder

  • Committed, hard worker
