Osborne Appointments are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive based with our client based in Stevenage.
37.5 hours Monday to Friday (short shifts on a Saturday or Sunday may be required)
Salary £18,000 - £21,000
- To promptly answer telephone calls and email and online chat
- Respond to a variety of requests from the customer from taking orders, giving product advice to tracking parcels
- Maintain customer satisfaction levels in accordance with policy
- General administration duties in line with customer service
- Occasional general administration project work
Key Skills & Experience:
- Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong numerical skills - e.g. ability to understand measurements to support customers with product queries
- Passion for providing outstanding levels of Customer Service
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Previous Customer Service experience
