A fantastic opportunity to join a start-up based in the heart of Bedford. It is a company that has doubled in size the past year despite the pandemic. Your role will be customer focused in this customer success role… you need to be able to be on the ball and responsive whilst replying to emails / website chats mainly with occasionally some phone work also.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Processing support tickets as follows:
? Promptly, managing Customer expectations and agreed SLAs
? Educating Customers as required to increase their knowledge and reduce their
? Efficiently, only passing to 2nd or 3rd line when necessary and with all required
? Adding to FAQ answers to frequent questions
? Adding and updating the Knowledge Base articles
? Tuning up of documented support processes to allow other less experienced resources
Liaising with the Product Owner to both maintain knowledge of the system and feedback any
potential areas of improvement.
Liaising with the Development team to gain deeper knowledge of the system and help to
efficiently and quickly resolve reported issues.
Manage customer invoicing according to a new procedure with a focus on customer self
Project work helping the company deliver successful outcomes to new and existing customers.
