Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with an interest in or passion for skincare to join an established team within a growing, friendly company that specialises within the skincare industry.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will:
Answer the telephone resolving customer queries, delivery problems and placing live orders
Process email and telephone orders and take electronic payments
Maintain a good rapport with the company’s sales team and external customers on a daily basis
Retain a large amount of information regarding customers and products
Up-sell packages and special offers and giving customer the best deal
The successful candidate will also have:
Extensive experience of MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
Polite, organised, confident and well-spoken telephone manner
To be a keen and fast learner
Be able to work well under pressure
Ideally 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service role
Minimum of 1 years’ experience with Data Entry
This job will keep you on your toes and vary day to day, with a competitive salary of £18,000- £22,000 depending on experience this company also offers many benefits and the chance to grow within a small team, the opportunities are there if you want them!
