10 MONTH CONTRACT – CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR – MILTON KEYNES – £18,000

• Do you have high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills?
Our client, a leading company in their industry are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to their growing team.
• Provide first line support to technicians
• Assisting with queries
• Reporting technical issues to customers in a comprehensive manner
• Manage the customers expectations
• Manage jobs through to completion ensuring all SLA’s are adhered to.
• Proven experience within a Phone based Customer Service role
• Attention to detail
• Experienced in Microsoft office
Working hours: Monday – Sunday 8.00am – 7.30pm 40hrs per week (1 weekend day is worked roughly every 4 week)
