Our client is looking for candidates that have customer service skills, with good administration skills and ability to work in a busy environment. Our client offers a great opportunity with a lot of development within the business and a chance to progress.
- Salary: £19,760 per annum

- Excellent Customer Service experience - this could be face to face or over the phone
- Computer Literate / Data Entry experience
- Clearly Communication Skills - written and verbal
- Available 5 days out of 7 (rota provided in advance)
- Soft Credit Checks will be obtained due to the nature of the business
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Chat to provide problem resolution
- Receive and/or place telephone calls
- Ability to navigate a computerised data entry system
Standard Working Hours: 40 hour week, rotating shifts between 8am to 8pm - early, late and middle shifts
1 hour unpaid lunch break with 2 x 15min additional paid breaks
