Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our client based in Welwyn Garden City.

 

Client: Building / Construction Industry

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all orders are accurate and correct
  • Co-ordinate deliveries effectively
  • Contact customers to discuss delivery options / challenges
  • Review site location and consider vehicle access restrictions 
  • Manage priority / failed deliveries through to completion
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Issue order confirmations
  • Log all customer communication accurately
  • Answer incoming calls relating to customer enquiries
  • Support the Customer Services Team

 

Skills / Experience required:

  • Previous experience within a fast moving customer service environment
  • Passion for customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
  • Highly organised  and ability to multi-task
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Great team player
