Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our client based in Welwyn Garden City.
- Process and manage orders through to delivery
- Ensure orders are delivered on time
- Deal with delivery issues and customer concerns
- Ensure all customer communication is logged accurately
- Issue order confirmations
- Check orders to ensure accuracy
- Answer incoming calls and deal with customer enquiries
- Support the Customer Services Team
Skills / Experience required:
- Previous experience within an order processing environment (Essential)
- Use of SD module within SAP (Distinct Advantage)
- Passion for customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Highly organised and ability to multi-task
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to use own initiative
- Great team player
