We are recruiting an Administration and Customer Services Executive to work with a small company in St Neots who specialise in online advertising and website traffic management.
Their continued growth means they now need to add to their team.
The role involves working closely across various departments to provide a seamless administration support. You will also be providing a first class customer support both internally and externally.
Some of the duties you will be performing will be:
To assist the team in managing client bookings.
Respond to customer and consumer enquiries and complete orders by email and telephone.
To liaise with customers to negotiate and gather prices for update on the website.
To ensure successful completion of orders including raising invoices and dealing with any queries.
Answering emails and telephone calls.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
An excellent telephone manner.
Good IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
To be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Be organised and able to multi- task and juggle ever-changing requirements.
Good mathematical skills to calculate prices.
Good time management
Excellent attention to detail as the data you input will be going live on websites.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm in the St Neots office and the salary is circa £17000 per annum.
