Osborne Appointments are supporting a fantastic client in Milton Keynes who are currently recruiting for a number of roles in their Contact Centre. This is a great opportunity for candidates who thrive within a multi-channel Customer Service environment and can deliver excellent Customer Service on a day-to-day basis, via phone, email and webchat.
You will be representing their client’s brand, providing the valued customers with an effortless experience. They also have customers over the world so they offer a 24/7 email and web-chat service.

Location – Bletchley, Milton Keynes
Hourly Rate – starting from £10.42 per hour up to £12.50 per hour dependent on the shifts
Shift Patterns – These vary however can be Part Time or Full Time examples below;
9am until 13:00pm Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
13:00pm until 18:00pm Tuesday to Saturday
17:00pm until 21:00pm Tuesday to Saturday or Monday to Thursday including Sunday
12:00pm until 21:00pm Monday to Sunday
14:00pm until 23:00pm Monday to Sunday
16:00pm until 1:00am Monday to Sunday
Who are we looking for?
- Candidates with First Class communication skills
- Engaging telephone manner
- Someone who works well within a team & thrives on team work
- Desire to help customers & someone who is passionate about people
- Flexible availability for shifts (including evenings, nights & weekends)
- Taking customer orders over the phone, managing queries and resolving issues – first time resolution
- Completing tasks such as dealing with all returned post and sending catalogues out to customers
- General Targets including an upsell target
