We are working with a local business on an exciting job opportunity for multiple, full time Customer Service Administrators to join them on a temporary basis (with potential to move to temp to perm).
The role is Monday to Friday, working a 40 hour week and as you will be responsible for:
- Customer Service - speaking to service users, taking initial calls and providing customer service support
- Administration - uploading documentation onto system, dealing with status changes and email correspondence
To be considered for this role you will need:
- to be computer literate
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- excellent customer focus
- drive and commitment
