We are recruiting on behalf of our client in St Neots for a Customer Service Advisor to support the Sales and Purchasing team.
The ideal candidate will be available immediately, with a strong telephone manner, experience liasing with customers, resolving queries, and have good IT skills. This is a permanent vacancy, in a company which offers long term progression.
Experience in telephone duties
Excellent communication skills, being able to communicate at all levels
Excellent standard in education including Maths and English with GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
Intermediate IT skills on MS Office Suite.
Proven ability to work flexibly and accurately and as part of a team.
Exchequer and CRM Dynamics experience, although full training will be provided.
To provide exceptional support for our Customers and the Sales and Purchasing Administration Team.

Provide service cover for the entire team, adaptable and flexible
This is a Monday to Friday position, 9.00-5.00, with 25 days holiday and private pension scheme. Salary is between £16,000-18,000. Suitable candidates will be interviewed immediately for an immediate start.
