The Member Services Administrator is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service with our current and potential new Members via email and telephone whilst selling Copart membership via the telephone and email..

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Consistently makes sales calls to part registered Members in line with department targets.
Contacts potential new buyers using email, post and telephone
Maintains a positive and professional demeanour.
Improves the Member experience by providing excellent customer service.
Such other duties as requested by your line manager
Previous experience with outbound sales calls
Experience in dealing with customers from all over the world.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience in dealing with demanding customers.
Good problem solving skills.
Microsoft Office applications proficient.
Excellent customer service focus, attitude and skills
One year of office support experience in a customer service role.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in another language.
