We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Welham Green, Hatfield, who will maintain relationships with their existing client base and ensure accurate administration throughout.
Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Working Hours: Mon - Thurs: 08:00 - 16:30, Fri: 08:00 - 15:30
About this role:
- Main point of contact for their international customer base
- Handling Customer queries
- Order processing
- Creating and following up quotes
- Liaising with internal and external departments
- Maintaining database and paperwork
- Supporting in other areas of the business where required
Skills and Attributes required:
- Previous experience in an office-based Customer Service/Sales Support role
- Proactive approach to work
- Highly customer focussed
- Outstanding communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to organise and prioritise
- Strong IT Skills
