Osborne Appointments are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in Hemel Hempstead.

Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00

• Filing
• Archiving
• Answering telephone and email enquiries
• Scheduling engineers
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Admin support where required

Skills & Experience
• Positive attitude towards work
• Well-organised
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous admin experience
