We are recruiting for one of our fantastic clients in Potters Bar who are looking for candidates to join the Customer Service Administration team on a contract basis up until December 2019 with the possibility for this to be extended!

There are a number of roles which will be within dynamic & friendly teams where the majority of the work will be Customer Service & Administration. The ideal candidates will be someone who has previous Customer Service or Administration experience however if you are looking to gain experience & are hardworking then please still apply with your updated CV!

Salary: £17,000 to £21,000 per annum dependent on experience

Location: Potters Bar, local to a variety of amenities

Contract Position: up until December 2019

Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Job Role:

  • Answering incoming telephone enquiries & documenting these on the in-house system
  • Amend & update company records in accordance with daily tasks
  • Ensure customer & company requirements are met on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
  • Take responsibility of Administrative tasks within the team
  • Investigate or resolve complaints & queries effectively
  • Liaising with other departments as/when required

Experience required;

  • Strong Excel skills would be ideal 
  • Customer orientated
  • Good Administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
