Customer Service Administrator – Immediate Start!

Are you an individual with a passion for customer service and a pro-active approach? Would the idea of working for a collaborative, forward thinking family run business appeal to you? If so, this could be the perfect role for you..!

Key Details:

Responsibilities:

  • To support the company with the following duties:

  • Processing orders on the data base

  • Answering enquires by email

  • Liaising with internal departments

  • Relationship building with regular customers

  • Being a key contact for queries/requests from new and existing customers

  • Other ad-hoc duties
