Customer Service Administrator

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for their office in Barnet. You will be joing a small, close knit team.

Day to day you will be processing customer’s orders, handling or fielding enquiries and processing sales related admin. You will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure customer’s requirements are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Working within the B2B market, you will need to build good rapport with repeat customer base.

Monday – Friday

Full time: 8am – 5pm

  • Customer Service via telephone and email
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Fulfilling sample requests
  • Daily Sales Reporting
  • Sales Ledger Administration
  • Sales and Marketing Support

Skills / Experience

  • Experienced telephone communication
  • Team player
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good rapport building skills
  • Competent IT skills
  • Self-motivated, Pro-active, Ready-to-learn attitude
  • Sage experience preferred
