Osborne Appointments are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our family-run client based in Welwyn Garden City.
- Handling calls and emails from customers
- Offering knowledge and understanding of products and services to the customers
- Using Software to manage stock inventory (EPOS)
- Checking deliveries against delivery notes, inputting into the stock database, price and store in the stock room
- Managing logistics, deliveries and stock in the retail outlets
- Assisting with General Administration and purchasing
- Supporting in areas outside of normal duties as reasonably required
Key skills & experience:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Administration experience
- Strong IT Skills – knowledge of Microsoft Office and emails
- Willingness to learn
- Strong team ethic, willing to support in duties outside of typical duties as required
