Calling all administrators and customer service professionals!

Are you looking for an ongoing temporary role with a great company based in Milton Keynes?

The role is an exciting job opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a leading supplier of high quality window, door & facade systems which are used all over the world.


The role is being offered on a temporary basis but there is a chance this could become someone more permanent!


You will be responsible for the day to day tasks of the department and will involve:

  • Customer liaison
  • Use of SAP to change orders
  • Liaison with other sites re: delivery dates
  • Proof of delivery requests
  • Generating reports
  • Order entry and processing
  • General administration
  • Liaison with internal departments

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Administrative office experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem analysis and problem solving
  • Data collection
  • Customer Service
  • Adaptability

You will be working Monday to Friday, with an 8.30am start each day, Monday to Thursday you will finish at 5pm and on Friday you will get to have a nice early finish at 3.30pm!!!

The hourly rate for this role is up to £13.99 ph.
