If so, Osborne Appointments are working with a client based in Letchworth Garden that are currently looking to recruit for a confident, switched on Customer Service Administrator to join the team.

We are looking to recruit a switched-on, confident individual, with exceptional customer service and telephone skills. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and wanting to progress and grow within the business. This is a great opportunity to join a worldwide company with a great reputation, providing training and growth within the business. 

No experience required - just someone wanting to learn and strong customer service! 

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, paying between £11.80  - £12.31 an hour - paid weekly!

Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9am to 5:00pm - flexible between these hours. 

Immediate Start Date 

Responsibilities:

  • To process customer orders on the system
  • Ensuring customer orders are administrated correctly and shipped on time
  • Serve as the customer’s first point of contact
  • Dealing and solving any customer order enquiries

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident and organised
  • PC Literate - experience using MS Office
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Available to start immediately
