We are looking for Customer Services Account Executive that enjoys working to tight dealines and thrives on a fast paced environment.

If you enjoy being the first point of contact for customers and need to work in a big team that's full of drive then

You will be based in the Account Support Team and the role will involve looking after the administration of a range of clients.

It is a client facing role and as such a high level of professionalism must be demonstrated at all times.

The Client Services Account Executive will be required to manage their workload and time effectively to deliver the

best results to customers.


It will be your responsibility to ensure that the day to day client queries and requests are dealt with effectively.

You will also ensure all customer requests are dealt with completely and to a high standard and keep them informed of the day to day progress.

The extra bits:

  • Taking Inbound Calls from customers and order processing along with despatching of orders from the stock management system
  • Dealing with goods in queries from the Goods In Team
  • Creating Job briefs, liaising and planning in work with the production team
  • Liaising with production to ensure all tasks are carried out on time
