You will be responsible for approximately 20 people, made up of 5 teams across the contact centre and will be the driving force to ensure that service and sales targets, SLA’s and KPI’s are constantly met as well as continually reviewed.
You will be used to reporting and looking at data to suggest improvements, have an understanding of call forecasting and use your creativity to be able to come up with workable solutions.
You will embed a performance culture, framework and review processes, drive continuous improvement and instil best practice and processes.
