Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our well established client based in Hatfield.
Please Note: Previous Compensation and Benefits experience is essential.
Responsible for the design, development, implementation, communication and on-going management of the compensation and benefit plans and policies.
- Support with colleague queries
- Maintain accurate compensation data
- Track current and future bonus plans
- Salary reviews
- Liaise with 3rd party benefit providers – healthcare, dental, risk benefits and pension
- Work closely with the Heads of HR to implement new programs and concepts
- Present to senior stakeholders
- Support the monthly payroll
Experience / Skills Required:
Previous compensation & benefits experience
Knowledge of Success Factors
Ability to support colleagues effectively
Experience of working in a matrix structure
Competent IT Skills - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Confident and professional communication skills
Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
Ability to deliver and negotiate demanding workloads
Pro-active and positive approach
