Do you want a hands-on Account Management Role?
Are you a relationship builder? Can you manage, retain and grow?
We are looking for a candidate that will manage and work with a broad range of departments and clients. You will be working with the sales & marketing department with pricing and costing proposals for both new and existing business. Raise invoices for your clients through accurate monitoring to ensure the profitability.Provide client reporting with the support of the account executive team and give clear briefing and communication to other departments within the business on all client activity and developments as appropriate.
You will also maintain regular contact with clients by e-mail, phone and face to face.
The qualities and skills that will be needed for this role include: high level communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to cope well under pressure.
Working hours are 8.30 am. to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch. Benefits include 22 days holiday. Free on site parking.
