We are looking for people with really strong call handling and negotation skills, experience in handling complaints, claims or specific cases and someone who really enjoys all aspects of dispute resolution and customer service. 

The successful candidates will join a forward thinking, fast paced and fun organisation within the Legal Team – This role will involve speaking with all interested parties in relation to a case or dispute that is currently on-going between a tenant and their landlord. The job holder will also be tasked with gathering evidence to support the case from all interested parties involved in the dispute and aiming to come to an early resolution on the dispute.

A previous background in Adjudication, Dispute Handling, Early Resolution or a Legal environment would be an advantage however, if you have great customer service skills, have worked in a role where you have had to have strong negotiation skills and are willing to learn a new industry then you will still be considered. 

Key Details

Location – Borehamwood

Salary - £21,000 per annum

Hours – Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm)

(NO WEEKENDS!!)
