Call Handler - Milton Keynes - Temp to Perm - £8.65 - £9.69 per hour

We are recruiting Call Handlers to work for a successful and prestige financial company based in Milton Keynes.
On a daily basis you will be:
- Answering inbound customer queries
- Investigating and resolving customer issues
- Providing excellent telephone based customer service
- Working to targets and KPI's
- Full training is provided
- Must pass a credit check and criminal background check
- Must be flexible with working hours between 6am - 11pm 5 days out of 7
- Customer service experience (minimum 6 months)
