Are you available immediately? Do you enjoy working within a busy Call Centre environment? Are you looking for a role which is Monday to Friday?
You will be working within a busy call centre as a customer service agent. This is an extremely fast paced role where some days you will be answering over 1500 calls and replying to emails. Due to the nature of the role you must be able to work between the hours of 7am and 6pm. You will be given your shifts on a weekly basis so flexibility is a must.
The office which you will be working within is fun, busy, sometimes quite loud but more importantly you will be working with a fantastic team.
As a call centre agent you will have previous experience working within a call centre environment and ideally have worked with a WMS previously however the CRM experience is not essential.
The main skills and experience we are looking for are as follows;
- Team Player
- Fast paced worker
- Hard worker
- Multi skilled
- Used to high call volumes
- Warehouse Management System (not essential but would be beneficial)
