We want chatty, helpful, friendly people to help with an increase in our workload in our bright and airy offices in Huntingdon.

We will give you solid training so you don’t feel like you’re dropped in the deep end. We’ll give you a ‘buddy’ for 6 weeks to help settle you in and we’ll mentor your development along the way.

You’ll be learning lots of technical things but we’ll teach you it in a way that makes sense so that you can in turn, help our customers to understand their products.

Your role is to assist every caller with problems they may experience - often it’s user error, so you’ll have a lovely calm way of explaining things. If it’s an error with the product then you’ll organise for it to be collected and repaired.

Experience-wise, ideally you’ll have some customer service experience in a retail, call centre or a service industry sector.

Hours are 9-5 or 10-6 M-F and only 1 Saturday in 3 with a day off in the week.

Salary is around £16286 plus benefits incuding bonuses, pension - and 4 weeks paid holiday per year, free car parking, vending machines on site for the chocoholics and free hot drinks.
