Osborne Appointments are looking for a Contact Centre Agent in Huntingdon.
You must offer professional, customer friendly telephone support and ensure the customer receives the best possible service and resolution to their enquiries.
You must be able to react swiftly to all incoming calls/white mail/e-mail and other communication medium.
Log data accurately adhering to DPA regulations, onto the relevant in-house systems.
Deal with technical and non-technical enquiries from clients.
Escalate any issue with which you are unable to deal with to technical support or supervisors.
Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Assist with administration tasks as required.
You do not need any experience; whether you have worked in retail, just left school/college or looking for another job, please feel free to apply.
Excellent data entry skills and basic typing knowledge.

We offer pension at Osborne Appointments and the rate of pay is £7.83 - £8.78 P/H
Days and Hours :
Monday - 9am until 6pm
Tuesday to Friday ONE WEEK 9am until 5pm and ANOTHER WEEK 10am - 6pm (this would be working alternative weeks)
1 Saturday in 3 you must be free to work but in that week you will have a day off so it's still a 5 day week
