We are currently recruiting for a Peterborough based conferencing and facilies company to recruit a part time Business Support Receptionist / Administrator to join them initially on a temporary basis (with a view to the role becoming pemanent)
The working hours for the Business Support Receptionist/Admin are 8.30am – 5.00pm 3 days per week and you will be responsible for:
- Operating the reception area between 8.30am – 5pm
- Welcoming visitors & notifying the company they are visiting
- Collecting, sorting & distributing the post & deliveries
- Set up / break down and service conference rooms
- Assisting the Manager with online & offline marketing campaigns.
- Managing the appointments diary
- Keeping the website up to date
- Ensuring that daily checks are carried out of all facilities to maintain standards
The essential skills for this position are:
- Experience working within an office environment
- Great customer service skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good level of ability in all Microsoft packages
