Are you an extremely confident and strong minded individual with robust negotiation skills?
Are you seeking an opportunity in property looking for new business with prospect to earn high commission?
Our client is looking for an experienced candidate in sales & negotiating looking to take on new business for the company

Package and Benefits:
• £30,000 per annum
• Uncapped commission
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas holidays off (up to 7 days)
• Bonus scheme
• Company car and phone
• Work permit

Main Duties:
• Research potential accounts and actively pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
• Working closely with the sales team to organising client visits
• Maintaining good relationships with current clients and identify new clients
• Gaining a wealth of knowledge in the services and competition in the industry
• Account handling to current business

• Full drivers licences (4 years minimum)
• Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in account management- ideally within property
• Be able to handle demands, targets, guidelines, and high stress situations
• Experience in meeting/exceeding targets and KPIS
• Track record in sales & negotiations
