Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage, grow and support current customer database
  • Work with the Marketing and Product Teams to develop and bring in new customers
  • Communicate and educate current customers about the new B2B website
  • Communicate and maximise sales through new product launches and campaigns
  • Contact, develop and bring new customers to the business
  • Support the Head of Area Sales with new business enquiries.
  • First point of contact for all new business enquiries
  • Support the Area Sales Managers with new product campaigns
  • Some customer visits and attendance at trade shows

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Articulate with a warm and excellent telephone manner
  • Customer service and/or sales experience will be ideal for this role
  • Excellent written skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Persistent
  • Target driven
  • Own transport essential
