If you have strong administration skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and are good at following strict admin guidelines regarding registering candidates for work, we'd like to hear form you!
The role is pivotal in the success of the branch as we grow even bigger in 2019. We are looking for someone who can work seamlessly between administration and payroll as well as be the person to call potential candidates to register them for work.
As we receive applications for our many roles, you will instantly pick up the phone to call people to speak to them about the roles - and ultimately, book them in to register. Once you've spoken to them, you will add details to our database and send out the registration confirmations. Your ability to write word-perfect emails with spelling, punctuation and grammar will be in use daily and you will ultimately be able to understand your audience and write emails that are pertinent to the person you are dealing with.
On arrival. you will be the person to meet and greet and go through paperwork prior to their meeting with one of the Consultants.
You will need to be outgoing, positive, good at asking questions, good at listening and willing to call people to speak about work.
The roles calls for someone who has a good telephone manner, who can speak to people at all levels from all types of roles.
The admin side comes with a really good induction and training program and you will be supported at all times by the Ops Manager and the Training and Compliance Manager.

Hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday (some flexibility is available).
The salary for the permanent role will be circa £18,000 per annum plus benefits plus occasional bonus payments.
