Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for an Administrator/Personal Assistant to join one of our clients based in Finchley, North London.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to team members
- Reception duties, including answering calls & receiving deliveries
- Liaising with clients
- Maintaining records
- Diary management
- Replenishing office supplies
- Sorting and processing incoming and outgoing post
- Dealing with incoming & outgoing emails
Skills and experience required:
- Strong organisation skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Previous experience within a Credit Controller position
