If so, Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for an Administrator / Customer Service Assistant to join our client based in Letchworth.
Job Type: Temporary
Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8am - 4pm
Friday - 8am - 3:30pm
Purpose of Role:
To support the internal sales team with administration and processing customer orders.
- Processing customer orders
- Manage customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Provide administration support for the sales team
- Build relationships with customers

- Strong written and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
