Do you have experience in working on your own as an Administrator?
Have you got the drive to work for a fast paced company in Huntingdon?
Have you got a clean driving license? (travel may be needed for this role but on a rare occasion).

The company is based in Huntingdon and are looking for an all round Administrator to join their busy team. You will be left to work independantly on some occassions so an experienced Admin person would be best suited for this role.
You will be working alongside the Health & Safety team, however you do not need any experience in Health & Safety as you will be working on the admin side supporting them with Safety Audits, PPE Checks etc
You will be working in Health and Safety department and supporting the Health and Safety Officer.

The Admin duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintenace of spreadsheets,
  • Reporting and Updating KPI's,
  • Organising of medicals for Technicians
  • Recording and filing any health and safety info
  • Updating documents and liasing with other departments

The days are Monday - Friday but hours are flexible and a choice of the following three: 7:30 - 16:30 / 8:00 - 17:00 / 8:30 - 17:30

This is a Temporary position until the 18th October 2019.
The hourly rate for this role is up to £10.13PH working 40 hours a week.
