Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Administrator for our client based in Hatfield.

Job Type: Temporary

Part Time Hours: 20-25 hours per week

The Responsibilities will include;

  • Inputting Data

  • Answering Calls

  •  Scan documents

  • Taking messages

  • Printing and sending emails

  • Filing

  • Drafting documents

The ideal candidate will have;

  •  Excellent written and communication skills

  • Analytical and organised

  • An excellent customer service approach

  •  A professional telephone manner
