If so, Osborne Appointments are currently looking to recruit for an Administrator to support one of our clients based in Letchworth Garden City, that is looking for office cover for a period of around 3 Months, may be extended. 

Our client is looking for a reliable, trustworthy candidate, that has the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and provide support in various tasks. 

This is a temporary opportunity to start in January to help support the Office Manager with the day to day administration duties, helping support the office functions and provide support throughout. 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch 

Weekly Pay - £10 - £12 an hour 

Free on-site parking + Immediate Start

Interviews will commence from Wednesday 5th January 2022

Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Office Manager
  • Arranging installations
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner
  • Sorting and distributing the post
  • Franking the post at the end of each day and taking it to the local post office
  • Book daily deliveries
  • Ordering materials
  • Raising sales and purchase orders – full training will be provided.

Administrator - Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working within an office environment
  • Previous experience within an administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Packages - Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Available to start immediately
