Osborne Appointments are recruiting for an Administrator to join our clients Merchandising department, based near Hatfield.
Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum
Location: Welham Green, Hatfield
Job Type: Full time, permanent
- Managing high volume of international purchase orders, following up with Sales Confirmations and handling any lengthy delays
- Liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely arrival of products
- Utilising reports to monitor supplier delivery performance and order status updates, to achieve business requirements
- Purchase Order arrival management, using in-house systems to ensure delivery dates are accurate
- Weekly reports to support with management decision making
- Management of invoices for authorisation
- Support with projects and other areas of administration as required
Key Skills & experience:
- Good Excel skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Confident communication, both written and verbal
- Strong team-working ability
- Ability to work well in an environment with time-critical deadlines
