Do you have strong Administrator skills?

Are you interested to working for a large, well established company?

If so, Osborne Appointments are currently looking to recruit for a Packaging Administrator for one of our clients based in Hatfield.

Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual, with strong customer service skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn. 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm

£18,000 - £20,000 per annum

Immediate start, rolling monthly contract

Full training provided + free on-site parking + 50% remote working

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be part of a team focused on the customer, raising the bar on packaging quality. 
  • Support the Packaging Manager with the following:
  • Ensure we have safe, legal and responsibly sourced packaging products.
  • Driving down non-conforming packing and deliveries.
  • Ensure our packaging is available to our garment vendors as close to needle point as possible
  • Ensure we achieve best value for money on all our packaging products through cross costing and effective sourcing strategies.
  • Develop product expertise in your area, monitor and achieving your objectives
  • Collaborate with buying, technical and brands teams on new and innovative packaging solutions
  • Field packaging queries, and implement continuous improvement of systems and training to reduce query traffic
  • Collaborate with our International sourcing Hubs 
  • Monitor store feedback and assist in implementing appropriate action where required
  • Follow our business code of conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence
  • Engage with finance and teams regarding Invoicing and Purchase Orders
  • Conduct other duties as required to support the performance of the Packaging team.

  • Previous experience within administration
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Data entry experience
  • Great communication skills; verbal and written
  • Polite and presentable
  • Available to start immediately 
  • Able to work remotely 50% of the week
