Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their client based in Welwyn garden City
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
The Working Hours: Monday to Thursday – 8:30 am to 4:30pm
Friday – 8:30am to 1:30pm
This is a varied role and would suit someone who is, enthusiastic, an excellent team player and has a positive can-do attitude.
Duties will include:
- Administration Support
- Printing technical drawings
- Data inputting
- Raising internal and external PO’s
- Assisting with Stock Control
The candidate will be:
- IT literate; with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good Communicator
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Able to work using own initiative
- Able to have the ability to priorities workloads.
