Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their client based in Welwyn Garden City.
Job Type: Temporary – Permanent
Duties will include:
- Working closely with the Account Manager
- Scheduling and allocating planned work
- Data entry, preparing quotations
- Contacting suppliers for costs of materials
- General admin duties
- Answering customer queries
- Logging emergency calls
- Requesting Permits to work on customer portals
- Prepare risk and method statements
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- High attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
- Working in a busy environment
