Imagine working in friendly, fun and relaxed environment where you can learn new administrative skills? Our client, who are exactly this – are seeking an Administration Coordinator to start immediately to work between two teams in a dynamic and diverse role.

Hours – Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17:00

Salary - £18,000

Skills required –

  • Happy and welcoming on the phone to every potential customer
  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Driven and self motivated
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities –

  • Dealing with both clients and customers over the phone to confirm bookings and give sound information
  • Entering all the bookings into the system
  • Monitoring the progress of all of the bookings to ensure they are being dealt with correctly
  • Preparing all client vouchers and invoices
