Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant (Maternity Cover) to join our client based in Welham Green / Hatfield.
Job Type: 8 – 9 Month Contract (Maternity Cover)
Start Date: Mid / End October 2017
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
- General accounts & finance support
- General office duties
- Payment processing
- Purchase ledger & Sales ledger
- Answering incoming phone calls – dealing with customer queries
Skills / Experience Required:
- Accounts & Finance experience
- Purchase & Sales ledger experience
- Strong Excel Skills
- Confident communication skills – Polite telephone manner
- Highly organised
- Ability to prioritise effectively
