AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR AN ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR - PART TIME
We are currently recruiting an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our clients' busy team on a part time basis. The current working hours are Monday to Friday, 1.30pm to 5.30pm.
Duties will include:
- Accurate processing of a high volume of Purchase Orders
- Prompt issuing of refunds via bank transfers, and cheques.
- Daily reconciliation of payments.
- Timely and accurate processing and allocation of customer payments.
- Raising and issuing VAT invoices to customers.
- Consistent high level of customer service via telephone and emails in a professional manner.
Due to location your own transport would be beneficial. This role is being offered on a temporary basis, however, this could lead to a permanent role.
