Accounts Administrator

Our established client based in Edmonton, North London are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their small and friendly team on a permanent, full time basis.

- Edmonton 

- £20,000 - £23,000 DOE

- Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30


  • Dealing with all aspects of the Purchase Ledger
  • Checking Purchase Invoices received then entering on Sage
  • Checking Statements and preparing for settlement
  • Dealing with Queries on Purchase Ledger
  • Knowledge of Sales invoicing
  • Agency staff hours
  • General office admin duties
  • Assist with any additional duties as required


  • Previous data entry experience
  • Knowledge of Sage is a compulsory requirement
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Must be an enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking individual
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative
