Salary- £20k plus bonus

The Job Role
My client is looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be growing and developing new and lapsed accounts within their portfolio, deal with customer issues/queries for product and ensure their needs are dealt with promptly and efficiently and study reports, complete gap analysis on customer accounts, and constantly review customer trends with a view to identifying ways to increase sales.
- Excellent telephone/customer service skills
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail
- Shows a genuine interest in their career and progression pattern
- Confident and enthusiastic manner
- Eager to learn
- Understanding of X3 although training will be provided
- Good numeracy and computer skills
- Telesales or customer service experience ideal but not necessary as training is provide
